Care Supports Life provides reliable and comfortable non-emergency patient transport services within and out of the GTA for patients and or families. In addition, Care Supports Life provides transport services and transfers of non-emergency patients from one medical facility to another, from a hospital or medical appointment to another, and to a residential home or facility.
